Thank you for scheduling your trial classes and Welcome to the martial arts.

What to expect:

All Classes are broken into two 30 minute segments Depending on the weeks theme ,you will be exercising, learning Martial arts basics, and learning about the Don Jitsu Ryu system along with fellow students that you will be working with.  Upon arrival, please let us know any limitations or exceptions you may have before you begin.

You should also dress comfortable and in clothes you would normally work out in.  We look forward to seeing you soon!

Please let us know ahead of time if you are not able to make your scheduled time.
